We had a good time during our stay, especially because the kids loved the nearby parks where we could take them to play. The overall space was functional for our large family, making it easier to settle in and relax.

My wife says that the breakfast could have included more options for kids.

Housekeeping was helpful in arranging an earlier breakfast than usual, which was a nice surprise! The food options included a variety of breads and individual packs of cheeses and jams (I loved the mini-cereal boxes! ).

Some areas could benefit from a little more maintenance (not so much as ruining the experience, just a little touch up would help! ).

The room size was good, and the duvet and pillows offered great comfort, although the mattress could use an update. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was a significant issue. the carpets and chair were stained, and there was mould in the bathroom. Communication with staff was challenging due to limited English skills, and the breakfast options were quite basic.

Wi-fi was slow, but flat-screen TV was a plus. Uncomfortable mattress made sleep hard.

This was just a great match for a brief retreat in Handforth with very good value for money. The breakfast was good, everything you need really. Use the free parking for easier access.
